Guardianship Administration

Our attorneys advise individuals with respect to all aspects of guardianship administration for minors and incompetent adults under North Carolina law, including qualification of a guardian before the probate court and preparation of an inventory and accountings for the guardianship estate, and advising guardians concerning distributions on behalf of the ward. Several of our attorneys also serve as guardian of the estate for a minor child or incompetent adult ward under certain circumstances.
